We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Auto/Commerical insurance Customer Service Representative with 2 years experience. As a Auto/Commercial Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and provide product information
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening, empathizing, and resolving customer issues or complaints
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Communicate effectively
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
- Demonstrate phone etiquette and professionalism in all customer interactions

Qualifications:
- 2 years previous experience in Auto/Commercial customer service
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
