ASK Staffing is Hiring a Data Entry Near Neenah, WI
Job Description:
The Study Assistant II will support human subject testing studies through a variety of tasks which are necessary to successfully execute procedures of a study.
Tasks included in this role:
Welcome participants and assisting them with check in at reception
Learning and utilizing Event Pro software for study participant tracking
Conduct consenting
Ensure participants follow study procedures
Assist participants through the logistics of a study
Conduct data entry
Communication with recruiting agency on participants
Assist Clinical Study specialist as needed
Help maintain study exam rooms/play area/reception with increased cleaning protocols (wiping off toys, counters, etc.)
Qualifications:
Minimum of a 2-year associates degree and/or 2 years' experience working in an office environment
Willingness to work in a team environment, positive interpersonal skills and ability to take direction
Problem solving abilities
Excellent oral, written, and organizational skills
Ability to effectively handle multiple projects with competing timelines in a fast-paced environment
Experience in Microsoft Office applications e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Experience with data collection a plus
