Job Description :

• The Event Coordinator will partner with Strategic Events and Finance Teams to organize and execute marketing event budgets, procure vendor services, and research event locations.
• Key qualifications include 5 years of experience, proficiency in Allocadia Management, PO Processing, vendor tracking, and reconciliation support.
• Essential skills are executive presentation, organization, and multitasking, while knowledge of event-specific tools can be learned on the job.
• The position requires adaptability to new processes and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• No onsite presence or travel is required, and the role can operate in any US time zone. A college degree is required, with potential for contract extension or conversion to full-time.
