The main task of the Maintenance Technician is to follow the Maintenance plan (preventive & regular maintenance). Maintain production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment. HVAC and Electrical experience preferred

TASKS

• Check maintenance report results, machine error messages, and information obtained from operating machine system in order to diagnose equipment problems.
• Clean, lubricate, and adjust machine parts, equipment, and machinery.
• Disassemble equipment and malfunctioning components to remove machinery and make repairs.
• Cut and weld metal to repair broken metal machinery and assemble new equipment.
• Perform preventive and regular maintenance according to check list/maintenance plan.
• Establish monitor preventive maintenance procedures for onsite.
• Build small tools to support production.
• Assist the Maintenance manager in the coordination of purchasing tools, parts and supplies to assure the best quality and price available, and maintain an up-to-date inventory.
• Follow all safety standards as outlined in company policy and OSHA regulations.
• Keep the Maintenance room organized and tidy
• Maintain accurate list of inventories
• Required to help in production and loading & unloading trucks.
