Description

ASI is currently looking to hire 75, professionals to work security at multiple venues across the state of Alabama. Our immediate needs are in the Hoover/Pelham area. Pay is $15 per hour. Carpools may be available.

Most events are on the weekends, while we have 13 days straight in the month of July. Events will include SEC games, other sporting events and concerts. The best and most dependable candidates could move into permanent full-time positions.

Requirements

 Candidates must be:

• Dependable and efficient

• Effective communicator
• Professional in conduct, demeanor, and appearance
• Quick thinking
• 18 years of age and high school diploma
• Be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Must have a Driver’s License or Government Issued ID
• Must have reliable transportation
• Be observant and alert at all times
• Have a positive attitude
• Flexible work schedule
• Be able to stand and walk for long periods
• Ability to address and enforce property rules and regulations
• Must have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Accept and respond to verbal and written instructions/directives
• Demonstrate and maintain poise, self-confidence, make sound decisions, react quickly under pressure while maintaining self-control
