Job Summary

The Ashworth by the Sea, NH is seeking multiple Valet and Bell staff to assist in parking guest vehicles and luggage delivery. This position is seasonal, and perfect for retirees, college students and teachers looking for a summer job. Requires a clean driving record, valid drivers license, attention to detail, ability to drive a manual not required but preferred. Ideal candidate meets the driving requirements, has an enthusiasm for cars, and an outgoing personality.

Cash tips daily. Wage listed is without tips.

Schedule:

Weekend and Nighttime availability required.

Shifts times include:

7am - 3pm , 3pm - 11pm

Job Summary:

The Valet is responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with baggage and for greeting guests. In addition to maintaining hotel premises in a clean and orderly manner, thereby contributing to a pleasant, positive guest experience. You must be reliable and dependable.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides professional and courteous guest service at all times
• Assists as reasonable with guest luggage.
• Assists the front desk with guests requests
• Cleans and maintains front of hotel and entryways.
• Removes trash.

Qualifications and Skills

Valid Drivers License and clean driving record required.

Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.

Customer Service Skills

Ability to drive a manual transmission. (preferred)

Previous experience in a hotel is preferred, but will train candidate.
