Ashwell & Ashwell, PLLC is Hiring an Associate Attorney Near Warrenton, VA

Established law firm seeks associate attorney with 2-3 years experience to concentrate on multiple practice areas, including general litigation and domestic relations.

Candidate should be self-motivated, team-oriented, take initiative and be a problem-solver. Must be licensed and in good standing with the Virginia State Bar. The ideal candidate will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating, and advocating for clients in court. This individual will build client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients. Experience in Courts in and around the Northern Virginia and Central Virginia Region are preferred.

Salary and or compensation commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys
  • Maintain client relationships
  • Prepare legal reports and documents

Qualifications

  • Licensed with the Virginia State Bar
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong legal knowledge
  • Experience throughout the Northern Virginia/Rt.29 Corridor/Piedmont Region
