Ashley Furniture HomeStore, the #1 Furniture and Bedding Retailer, is currently seeking a talented Brand Ambassador and Media Coordinator to help grow our brand. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, supporting and executing all marketing initiatives to support lead generation, customer engagement and revenue growth. Primary Responsibilities
Social media manager:
Creating and posting content daily on Facebook and Instagram
Responding to and monitoring public interactions with our pages
Business profile admin:
Includes making sure all online profiles are up to date with accurate and relevant information. Including google listings, ash comm, yelp, maps, Facebook, Instagram
Coordinating with Paid Media partners to provide assets for each event
Paid Media includes Digital, Youtube, Google Search, Social Media, Online Audio, Online Video, TV & Local Radio.
Create paid media assets and coordinating with VIA and Media Creators to edit and produce all display, video and audio creatives.
Direct point of contact for all media reps to coordinate creative and scheduling
Facilitating Voice of the Customer.
Responding to all reviews and forwarding 1-2 star reviews to the correct point of contact to quickly resolve issues. After customer service addresses the concern, best practice should be to ask them to go on and respond or change their review.
Tracking all reviews and updating the stores on how many reviews each store has each week and month ending results.
Determining and selecting “Best reviews” and rewarding team players who earned the review.
Creating in-store assets for each new event.
Including mirror signs
Updating online offers (sale.ashleynva and ashcom store locator pages)
Updating financing details for in-store sales reference
Communication new “Sale” information to the stores with new assets
E-mail Campaigns
Downloading buyer/greeter reports and adding to email campaigns weekly
Sending traffic reports to ESB weekly
Sending sales comparison report to ESB weekly
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or related field preferred.
One to three years of related experience in business, promotional sales, customer service, or related field preferred.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
