Dr. Howarth is a board-certified plastic surgeon and completed her prestigious Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at the Mayo Clinic Arizona. Dr. Howarth's all-aesthetic practice offers both surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures with a team of skilled providers. As she expands her practice and builds a new luxurious office, this is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to join her growing team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Patient Care Coordinator to join Dr. Howarth's growing practice. This role serves as a vital link between patients and the doctor by managing consultations, scheduling, and fostering strong relationships with prospective patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a desire to help patients achieve positive outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct phone consultations and schedule appointments, ensuring proper documentation and scheduling for surgeries and treatments.
  • Foster relationships with patients and guide them through their surgical journey.
  • Manage and optimize the white-glove customer service experience for all patients.
  • Assist patients with financial transactions, including discussing costs and helping with financial payment options.
  • Provide patients with information about Dr. Howarth, surgical and non-surgical procedures, and products.
  • Generate reports using 4D EMR and Excel, and maintain organized records.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and the surgery center.
  • Collaborate with the team on operational goals and help drive practice growth.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 2 years of patient care coordinating experience in plastic surgery, med spa, or cosmetic dermatology.
  • Proven track record in sales with a strong ability to influence and engage patients.
  • Excellent customer service skills, caring personality, and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and EMR systems.
  • Ability to multi-task, work efficiently, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and a desire to embrace the practice's philosophy.

Schedule:

This is an office-based, full-time position with a 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday.

Compensation:

The position offers a base salary of $70,000, with a commission and bonus structure that allows candidates to earn $90,000 to $125,000 annually.
