The Retail Distribution Center (RDC) Operations Supervisor will lead and develop a team of Ashley Associates; with focus on motivating, mentoring, and coaching the team. This position will be responsible for engaging the team to ensure they maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, performance, and productivity. The RDC Supervisor will provide their associates with the tools needed for success. This position must drive productivity and efficiency through data-driven decisions and analytical problem solving. The RDC Supervisor is responsible for all safety, quality, productivity, process improvement, and performance management for the assigned process path.

* High School Diploma or equivalent, Required

* Associate Degree in Supervisory Management or related field, Desired

* 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment, Required

* Previous experience in supervision, Preferred

* Experience in Manufacturing or warehouse equipment and department processes desired.
