The Warehouse Returning Department Associate is an integral part of our operations. Warehouse Returning Department Associates assist our clients and warehouse partners to effectively execute customer returns to ensure our priority remains customer satisfaction. Associates in our returning department are expected to possess basic computer knowledge and inventory experience in order to execute returns with maximum accuracy. Additionally, to support a safe working environment, Warehouse Associates ensure the warehouse is maintained in accordance with company standards. It’s imperative for Warehouse Associates to report any deficiencies in products to their supervisor in a timely manner.

Requirements:

· High School diploma or GED

· Adhere to a set schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

· General knowledge of building or repairing the furniture, a plus

· Work in a team-oriented, self-motivated, and successful environment

· Commit to safety policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook

· Load and unload merchandise in a safe manner

· Safely lift furniture, while elevated on warehouse equipment at heights 10-40 feet.

· Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
