What you will be doing each day:

• Repairing Furniture to as new condition in customers' homes may also include some warehouse repairs
• Develop and maintain customer communication, completion, and closing of repair reports and work orders
• Diagnose and communicate parts needs
• Accurately utilize route technology for each order via phone app for all service orders
• Investigate and solve customer problems
• Track and maintain an inventory parts, materials, and supplies accurately
• Diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of furniture and products
• On the job training from our Technicians
• Updating customer claims
• Utilizing our computer system

We are looking for individuals with:

• Mechanically inclined
• Have excellent customer relation skills
• A clean driving record
• 3 years furniture service experience preferred
