Job Description
- Develop and maintain recruitment pathways and multi-channel communication strategies with existing and prospective partners.
- Produce and maintain website and social media content, as well as outbound marketing such as premium content pieces, podcasts and webinars, to engage targeted external audiences.
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Communications and ATS’s marketing agency to develop an ongoing marketing strategy, produce promotional materials to effectively recruit new students and promote the college’s unique brand.
- Meet with prospective students to provide information about ATS’ academic programs and financial aid opportunities, and to answer related questions.
- Coordinate campus visit and recruitment events with ATS academic chairs and faculty to implement recruitment strategies, promotional events, and outreach activities.
- Review historic data and market trends to help formulate headcount and revenue goals.
- Help coordinate applicant communications and the review process.
- Formulate and execute a student retention plan.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Familiarity with Theological Education
Preferred Qualifications
- Marketing experience preferred
