Job Description
- Working in multiple positions to relieve employees on their day off.
- Performs duties that include producing quality products and presenting them using proper techniques.
- Heat, portion and serve food to students according to established procedures.
- Complete production records and maintain sanitation standards for all stages of food preparation.
- Responsible for prep as needed, and ensuring all unused products are properly labeled, stored and recorded.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and follow directions.
- Attention to detail
- Great work ethic

- Knowledge of food safety
Physical Demands
- Bending, lifting, standing for long periods of time
- Tolerance to extreme heat when working in and around kitchen environment
