Role Purpose Data analysts collect, process, and perform statistical analyses on large datasets to help organizations make data-driven decisions. They should have strong skills in data modeling, programming, data visualization, and data. Senior Business Analyst/Data scientist (4-6 years) Expert in SQL, advanced excel, any ETL tool and any visualization tool preferably Qlik sense Expert in Machine learning algorithms, python and statistics OR/AND ETL tool SQL: Joins, Subqueries, Aggregation functions and Windowing functions. Should have worked on large datasets. ETL: create and monitor data pipelines for master database management. Bring all data one place by creating a pipeline for data mart and make it available for Analytics. Should be capable of defining and implementing data cleansing steps Excel: Pivots, vlookup, charting, filters and handling complex tasks Should be able to create institutive dashboards on Qliksense or Tableau or PowerBI Participating and collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams in the organization to understand the business requirements and to deliver scalable solutions. Ability to use creativity to spot trends and tease out patterns in large datasets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and Ability to set goals and meet deadlines in fast paced working environment. Analyze user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys to generate Hypothesis and build optimization plans and provide insights for Feature improvements. Perform deep dive analyses on key business trends from different perspectives and package the insights into easily consumable presentations and documents.
