Develop 30/60/90-day Regional Launch Plan Conduct and document regular field visits with Educators Provide on-going coaching and direction to direct reports Take ownership for all region responsibilities Communicate to team, Client field-based leadership and internal Inizio staff Support Vice President, Operations, as requested/needed Participate in team meetings and conference calls Prepare and confirm accuracy of all reports, spreadsheets and correspondence prior to distribution Demonstrate sound decision making and judgment Verify and validate project roster for any changes due to launch, realignment, transfers, up/downsizing, etc., as needed Ensure field team has all appropriate equipment and communications support Participate, as requested, in internal meetings to update progress and suggest positive solutions to specific issues and/or opportunities What do you need for this position? Minimum of 2 years’ experience in field leadership/supervisory management Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work related experience (BSN Preferred) Active RN required Experience in identifying, hiring, training and developing talent Experience in Clinical Education and patient teaching environment Patient/provider product use, administration and/or injection training experience a plus Experience in a specified disease state/specialty preferred Must live near a major airport Valid Driver’s License Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook Ability to travel up to 75% within assigned region Psychiatry experience highly preferred. Clinical Educator and/or industry experience. Case management experience.
