Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent interpersonal communication skills. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and networks.
Duties:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, Mac OS) and software applications
- Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
- Assist with the setup and configuration of computer hardware, peripherals, and network devices
- Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolution to user issues
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses
- Conduct regular system backups and ensure data integrity
- Assist with computer networking tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (10 and 11), Microsoft Office 365 including SharePoint and user management
- Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems (e.g., HelpDesk) is a plus
- Basic understanding of computer networking concepts and protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Wordpress or web design experience

Pay: $20.70 - $24.93 per hour
