Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. We are looking for nurses who have great experience with IV access and infusion.
Duties:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature
- Assist with sterile processing and maintain infection control protocols
- Conduct venipuncture and phlebotomy procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
- Familiarity with basic life support (BLS) protocols
- Proficient in conducting patient assessments and developing care plans
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in [state]
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred, but Associate's degree accepted
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
