Position Summary
The Payroll and Benefits Coordinator is responsible providing friendly employee support at all company facilities for payroll and benefits related needs and requests. The individual provides efficient and accurate assistance to employees with the ability to understand and provide direction of employee needs. The individual is responsible for processing payroll, reviewing benefits related to payroll processing and monthly related tasks, along with completing New Hire and personnel change form requests, and other related tasks. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, and a firm understanding of Excel and other Microsoft Office platforms. The individual must be able to communicate effectively with employees, team members and management at all facilities.

Preferred Experience:
· Paylocity and/or other payroll system experience
Expected Hours of Work:
Full time during regular business hours
Expected Work Locations:
· Ashburn Ice House: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday
· MedStar Capitals Iceplex: Wednesday and Thursday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
