ASGCO Manufacturing is Hiring an Urethane Technician Near Nazareth, PA
- Cast urethane pouring.
- Keep up with the workflow of everyday process in division.
- Adhere to ASGCO Quality Assurance Standards and Safety Standards.
- Bending, kneeling, reaching and standing for long periods of time.
- Mix and replenish urethane.
- Be proactive and able to implement more effective ways of accomplishing goals of the department.
- Report to management if there is to be maintenance on any machinery in department.
- Required to do other projects as requested by Management due to business necessity.
- Use hand and power tools
- Administrative functions utilizing Microsoft Suite and email.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of measurements and using a tape measure.
- Ability to multitask in fast paced dynamic environment.
- Ability to up to 100 lbs.
- Attendance and reliability a MUST.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
- Email literacy and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience working with general machines.
- Work is performed in various industrial settings and environments, including: shop, mining, and construction which may include exposure to extremes in temperature and humidity, moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, toxic chemicals, fumes or airborne particles.
- While performing the duties of this job, you will be required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs and ladders, work on elevated platforms, talk, hear and see.
- Occasionally may be required to lift moderately heavy objects (up to 100 pounds) during the workday
- Personal protective equipment is required on a regular basis, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, gloves and other required protective equipment as required.
