Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and caring Clinical Manager and Lead Assistant to join our team! As the Clinical Manger/Lead DA, you will provide assistance to the dentist during exams and procedures and complete administrative tasks while also supervising all other assistants. The ideal candidate has a current license and at least two years of experience. If you’re friendly, outgoing, and excited about being part of a growing dental office, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities

• Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
• Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they have
• Take x-rays and accurately record medical history
• Prep sterilized equipment and make it available to the dentist for exams and procedures
• Assist dentist during procedures and exams (GP and Orthodontics)
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies
• Manage the schedule and daily tasks of other assistants

Qualifications

• Current Dental Assistant (DA) certificate or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
• Previous experience as a dental assistant (Ortho and GP) or dental office manger
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to provide high-quality patient care
