ASG Staffing LLC is Hiring a Quality Inspector 2nd Shift Near Kenosha, WI
- Perform technical inspections/measurements using precision equipment.
- Conduct first piece-part layout and tooling checks.
- Identify and document non-conforming materials or parts.
- Maintain inspection records and coordinate inspection activities.
- Lift and move up to 75 pounds occasionally, with assistance for up to 150 pounds.
- Perform frequent physical tasks such as standing, walking, and kneeling.
- Work at heights up to 25 feet.
- Ability to read blueprints and material specifications.
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
- Working knowledge of radiator manufacturing and occupational hazards.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in CMM programming and quality control in manufacturing.
- Preferred formal training in CMM PC-DMIS.
- Forklift operator certification is desirable.
- Two or more years of hands-on CMM programming and quality control experience.
