We are currently looking to hire an Office Coordinator to work in our Aurora staffing office. This is a temp to hire position. The Office Coordinator assists in the onboarding of candidates. This is a Monday - Friday position with occasional Saturday's.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING!

• Provide great CUSTOMER SERVICE to our applicants by assisting them on the computer with their application.
• RECRUIT skilled workers by messaging thru our technology and responding promptly
• Answer phones professionally
• Other Administrative duties as requested by the Office Manager

WHAT YOU'VE DONE IN THE PAST!

• High School Diploma or GED, some COLLEGE is great!
• 1 - 3 years of CUSTOMER SERVICE experience
• OR New College Grad!
• You use TECHNOLOGY such as Microsoft Word/Excel, FaceBook, Instagram, etc.
• You ENJOY helping people
• Tu Hablas espanol is a PLUS!
