MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for driving brand growth, ensuring customer loyalty, achieving revenue growth, and spearheading successful market entry strategies.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develops and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth, increase market share, and enhance customer loyalty in the FMCG space.

· Lead a team to execute marketing campaigns, ensuring that production and delivery meet strategic objectives and timelines.

· Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure alignment and achieve revenue growth targets.

· Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion, including new product lines and entry into untapped markets.

· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.

· Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

· Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and optimal return on investment.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer behavior, and technological advancements to drive innovation and competitiveness within the FMCG market.

· Foster a collaborative and high-performing marketing team, providing leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

· Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE

· Proven experience as a Marketing Director or other leadership marketing role in the FMCG industry.

· Strong track record of driving brand growth, achieving revenue targets, and expanding into new markets.

· Marketing and service systems development and deployment

EDUCATION

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. MBA preferred.

SKILLS

· A demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.

· An ability to think ahead and plan over a 1 to 3 year time span.

· The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

· Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving shared goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
