Position: Healthcare Product Lead

Department: Product Team

Reports To: VP of Patient & Physician Engagement

The Healthcare Product Lead will own the responsibility of maintenance, enhancement, and support of an existing patient and physician healthcare product that will accelerate the automation of services we offer to our clients with a goal to improve the overall client experience. This role will have lead responsibility of applications and/or features across our pharmacy, ASPN Pharmacies, LLC, business lines. The solutions are aimed at increasing automation and streamlining the delivery of services across applications. The role will require working closely with business, technology, operations and support partners to execute implementation plans whilst ensuring compliance with internal guidance and regulatory considerations. The projects will cover the end-to-end user journeys from onboarding, advisory, analytics, transaction and post transaction services with the goal to create an efficient and unified client offering. Success will result in increased adoption of product capabilities and greater client satisfaction. 
Responsibilities:

  • Ensure end user satisfaction of the product deliverable.
  • Know how to troubleshoot and provide guidance to our patients and prescribers using the solution.
  • Learn how the products currently support all clients and how to escalate to the appropriate internal resources to resolve the end user’s questions or concerns.
  • Drive innovation on how the products can be enhanced and optimized.
  • Train both internally and externally on the products’ capabilities.
  • Drive programs to adopt and utilize enhancements in the technology.
  • Assist with strategic direction for projects managed including developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
  • Manage budget, policy formulation and planning.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of project leadership.
  • Impact the business through contribution to technical and operational direction and strategic decisions.
  • Influence and negotiate with senior leaders (across functions); may communicate with external parties.
  • Utilizes comprehensive knowledge of multiple areas within technology, operations, and business to achieve project objectives.
  • Assists with in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and help develop innovative solutions.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the company’s reputation and safeguarding Asembia, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a product or project management function.
  • Fast learner, willing to forge relationships and ask questions to gain deep understanding of all aspects of the initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to work well with cross functional teams.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills including client-facing.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Able to perform application demonstrations.
  • Willing to travel to conferences as necessary.
  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience required.
