Manufacturing Technician 2 - gun systems

Position Description:
Assembly operations of gun systems in a team or environment.
Typical Duties:
Typical duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Perform mechanical assembly of subassemblies and top level assemblies for gun systems.
Conduct teardown, evaluate and reassembly of remanufactured products.
Follow detailed operating procedures and collect/record data as necessary.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to interpret and work to drawings
Ability to complete processes that require tight tolerances
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
2 years of experience working on Mechanical assemblies.
Mechanical aptitude needed.
Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry 40 lbs.
Able to work a 4/10 (Mon-Thurs) 5 A.M. 3:30 P.M. schedule, work overtime and some weekends if needed.
Must be familiar with micrometers/calipers, torque wrenches and harbor presses.
Must be able to work as a team.
Must have strong attention to detail.
