Job Description:

7 years of relevant professional experience in Network Node Manager I Network Automation NNMINA
Good understanding of alert management and logs for IT systems servers, storage, network, database etc.
Strong experience on NMI integration with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, etc.
Provide ongoing operational support including upgrades, defect fixes and any Process
Experience with design, implementation, and support of monitoring tools in a complex, heterogeneous, multiplatform environment.
Develop and implement monitoring solutions for servers, networks, databases, and applications.
Monitor system performance, uptime, and resource utilization to identify potential issues.
Configure alerting change activities.
Function as integrators between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet client business needs.
Defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation.
Implement escalation procedures to manage alerts effectively.
Investigate and resolve issues identified by NNMI alerts.
Experience on Patch management tools
