We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to join our team of 7 Supporting around 400 devices in 5 locations MA & CT. The System Administrator, reporting directly to the VP of IT, will provide support during our expansion and work on major projects. This is a permanent, full time role and it is in-person. The primary location is in Boston and it might require some travel around the city and occasional travel to Worcester. This role is going to be stationed in a skilled nursing facility. We will be happy to connect you if you have the following skills and motivations:

• Experience with Microsoft 365 services and Microsoft Entra ID with MFA/SSO 
• Experience assisting users (onsite and remote) and cloud based applications 
• Ability to use technology to improve efficiency in a formerly paper-based culture 
• Experience with working with managed service provider for all levels of technical support 
• Ability and willingness to work in a skilled nursing facility
• Ability to travel occasionally within Boston Area, or travel to Worcester, or CT if needed.
