Job Requirements:

• Must be able to maintain professional behavior with co-workers, managers, and customers
• Prior Shipping experience preferred

Primary skills and responsibilities (other may be assigned):

• Organizes items on project shelves to fill production orders and verifies information and quantities required
• Verifies production order information with team leader if discrepancies are found
• Delivers purchased items arriving after production order release to the project cart or site
• Review shortage report with production orders so arrival dates of purchase parts may be communicated
• Controls all incoming and outgoing receipts of material through the Storeroom

• Performs inventory transactions as needed
• Reports monthly inventory accuracy by selecting bin locations and performing cycle counts
• Reorders standard inventory as quantities reach minimum level
• Transfers PRP items from standard stock to project shelves as BAAN advice becomes available
• Assists others with inventory inquiries
• Receives shipments, verifies part numbers and physical counts and reports any discrepancies to Purchasing
• Assists leaders in locating any parts that may be incorrectly ordered or need replacing
• Assists with and/or lead preparations for outgoing materials and equipment
• Collects and identify leftover project inventory. Report part numbers and quantities to Purchasing for evaluation. Transfers any parts that cannot be returned back into warehouse inventory as directed.
