We are a progressive practice dedicated to delivering Value Based Care to our patients and community. Our mission is to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs through proactive management and patient-centered approaches. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Practice Clinic Administrator to join our dynamic team. Candidate must be comfortable with a rapid pace of growth and eager to be a part of the Value Based Care revolution.

Position Overview: As the Family Practice Clinic Administrator with a focus on value-based care, you will lead our efforts in implementing and optimizing value-based care initiatives within our clinic. You will work closely with healthcare providers, staff, and external stakeholders to drive quality improvement, enhance patient experience, and achieve cost-effective outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, experience with value-based care models, and a passion for innovation in healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of value-based care initiatives within the family practice clinic, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to establish evidence-based care protocols and clinical pathways which promote quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
• Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to monitor and assess the effectiveness of value-based care initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the clinic, encouraging staff participation in quality improvement initiatives and best practice dissemination.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes related to value-based care and adapt clinic policies and practices accordingly.
• Collaborate with billing and finance teams to optimize revenue cycle management and ensure alignment with value-based care objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of two years of management experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on value-based care preferred.
• Strong understanding of value-based care principles, payment models, and quality metrics.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, with specific knowledge of eClinicalWorks preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
• Proven ability to analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive performance outcomes.
• Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
