Ascension Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC is Hiring an Office Manager Near Gonzales, LA

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to the team. The Office Manager is the Accounts Receivable lead for the facility, and works with residents and families to ensure that billing of Medicaid, Hospice, and Private Pay is handled efficiently and professionally. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties:

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations

- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

- Handle phone systems and direct calls appropriately

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role is desired but not required

- Strong knowledge of office management procedures and systems

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Experience in human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and training development is a plus

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
