Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking candidates with two to five years of experience in corporate law, with particular experience in securities law advice and capital markets transactions for its client's New York office.Candidates should have specific expertise in securities and capital markets—in particular, familiarity with public company reporting obligations, public securities offerings, SEC compliance and corporate governance requirements, as well as debt and equity markets transactions. The candidate must have experience advising on reporting requirements, leading due diligence teams, managing specialists, and drafting documents. The successful candidate also will have excellent writing skills, superior academics, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
