Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search specializes in connecting top legal talent with leading law firms and corporations. We are currently seeking an experienced Partner with a substantial book of business in the litigation and corporate practice areas for a prestigious firm located in Coral Gables, FL

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the litigation and corporate practice groups within the firm.

- Drive business development efforts and expand client relationships to grow the firm's book of business.

- Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients on complex litigation and corporate matters.

- Oversee and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff.

- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

- Admission to the Florida State Bar (or eligible for admission).

- Minimum 10 years of experience practicing law with a focus on litigation and corporate law.

- Proven track record of successfully managing a substantial book of business exceeding $250k.

- Strong business development skills with the ability to attract and retain clients.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Prior experience leading a team of attorneys and legal professionals.
