Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a litigation associate with 2 to 6 years of experience for our client's Mass Litigation team in Miami, Florida. * This is an opportunity for a junior associate to join a close-knit team at a Chambers-ranked, AmLaw 200 firm; take an active, hands-on role in all aspects of litigation; and gain valuable courtroom experience * In addition to superior academic credentials, candidates should have superb organizational and analytical skills, and be detail-oriented * For recent graduates, law review, moot court, or trial team experience is preferred * Experience managing a large caseload is preferred but not required * The associate will manage cases from inception, collaborate with team members, and assist in forming case strategies * The associate will draft pleadings, motions, and discovery, and will also be responsible for attending hearings and case management conferences * The associate should be self-motivated, responsible, and confident * While experience handling Florida No-Fault (PIP) cases is preferred, it is not required
