Job Description

Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search seeks Attorneys for its Homeowners- First Party department for our client law firm office located in Orlando, FL. The candidate should have passed the Florida Bar. This is a great opportunity for new attorneys seeking hands-on litigation experience in a busy litigation department. Duties and Responsibilities: • Legal Research • Draft pleadings i.e. complaints, responses to MTD, MSJ etc. • Prepare and engage in settlement negotiations • Prepare and attend Depositions • Prepare and respond to discovery and manage discovery • Attend court hearings Education: Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar Requirements: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish)
