Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking an attorney with 3 to 6 years of technology transactions law experience for our client's national Technology Transactions Team within the Corporate Practice Group. This role can be based out of our client's Chicago, Washington DC, New York, Boca Raton, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, West Palm Beach or Tampa office.

Must possess Am Law 100 law firm experience, a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school, and bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the jurisdiction of resident office location or where the work is being performed.
