This maintenance position is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity, general maintenance, repairs, apartment make-ready, preventative maintenance for the apartment community. This involves insuring a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and anyone else working or visiting the property. This team member works under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor & Community Manager.

Diagnose and perform minor, routine maintenance and repairs daily. Performs all needed repairs and services. Assists make-ready staff, as required to meet deadlines. Report all needs and major repair requisitions to Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. Keep status of inventory levels of parts and supplies and inform Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager of items. Perform any additional duties assigned by Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general building maintenance

Strong experience in apartment maintenance

HVAC Certification

Valid Driver's License
