Our Woburn based client is looking to hire a Vendor Management Coordinator, This role will play crucial role in overseeing accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy through processes such as vendor 3-way matching and expense processing. Responsibilities include maintaining effective communication with suppliers and contractors to swiftly resolve any account discrepancies, and collaborating with our invoicing team to manage contractor bills and PO creation. The role will also manage the business office email inbox, directing inquiries to appropriate internal contacts and handling vendor invoice emails. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for the upkeep and updating of NetSuite vendor records, and the reconciliation of vendor statements.

Requirements:

• 3 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Experience working with and adding new vendors
• NetSuite
