We are currently on the HUNT for Project Accountants with different levels of experience!

Below are some of the responsibilities & requirements we are looking for:

• Prepare, review, and monitor the regional overhead budget
• Establish and maintain organization processes and procedure manuals
• Establish and maintain project audit processes and procedures
• Supervise all assigned Project Accountants and Contract Administrators
• Review project-level financial reports (WIP, Dashboards, Cash Position & Forecasts)
• Set up and implement procedures to ensure contractual requirements with respect to all financial aspects are adhered to
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and industry-specific accounting standards and stay up to date with changes in construction accounting standards
• Continuously assess and improve accounting processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills:

• 5 years of experience in Project Accounting/Financial Accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is highly desirable
• Good knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and industry and tax regulations
• Big 4 experience is a plus!!
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly detail and problem-solving oriented and organized at work with the ability to multitask
• Organized/self-starter capable of working independently and managing multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems for financial reporting and analysis.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
