Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk for a short-term, three-month contract at our medical company based in Mandarin, Jacksonville. This role involves accurately entering medical data into our systems, maintaining records, and ensuring data integrity. Responsibilities:

• Enter patient and clinical data into company databases from various sources with high accuracy.
• Verify and review data for discrepancies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
• Maintain detailed records of tasks, files, and progress.
• Track and manage incoming data, ensuring that entries are complete and accurate.
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
• Scan documents and print files, when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ensure adherence to data integrity and privacy policies.
• Collaborate with team members on data entry projects.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in office management is a plus.
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
