POSITION SUMMARY

The Financial Analyst is responsible for the financial reporting of the company. The position will be responsible to assist the Financial Manager in Reporting tasks.

ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Support the Finance Manager on Financial and Operational reporting including Income statements, cash flows, balance sheets, production scorecards and weekly dashboards.
• Support month-end close process by adhering to accounting calendar.
• Design, develop and implement of dashboards, reports, and data modeling as needed
• Analyze financial data, establishing conclusions and recommendations that will help implement effective strategies
• Provide forecasting support.
• Manage and record accurately accounts payable transactions into accounting system, including processing approvals.
• Post Daily Bank Transactions
• Prepare and manage monthly AMEX reconciliations and transactions.
• Control balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Quarterly and annually calculate and manage the estimated state/local taxes.

Minumum Education/Certification/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• 3 years of related proven experience as financial analyst; Staffing industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office, specifically advance level in Microsoft Excel
• Detail-Oriented with proven experience in data management
• Proficient in the use of Business Central.
• Knowledgeable of data modeling
