Our client is seeking Series 7 licensed Trading & Operations associates to join their Client Service Team – you will be client focused as you are the front line support to our client business.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and communicating with clients via email and chat to help resolve customer inquiries
• Serves as the initial point person to assist clients across different product lines including equities, options, and cryptocurrencies
• Assisting with day-to-day account, banking, margin, and trading-related issues
• Continuously reviewing operating processes to ensure that they are efficient and effective

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or Finance
• 2 years of experience in a Financial Services firm
• SIE/Series 7 or willingness to take within 90 days
• Motivated, self-starter, who can collaborate effectively and efficiently
• Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
