Parts Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee parts department operations efficiently.
• Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
• Motivate team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Develop annual marketing and budget plans.
• Address customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Maintain a secure and safe work environment.
• Identify potential customers and maintain client relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends and products.
• Manage inventory control system.
• Communicate department goals regularly.
• Promote collaboration between departments.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.

Safety and Compliance:

• Familiarity with U.S. Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and monitor changes.
• Manage CSA Vehicle Basic scores.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance documentation.
• Enforce company safety policies.

Sales and Customer Relations:

• Cultivate positive customer relationships.
• Achieve 90% customer retention rate.
• Address customer maintenance issues promptly.

Department and Employee Management:

• Monitor financial performance and take corrective actions.
• Track department productivity.
• Maintain clean and customer-focused work environment.
• Provide parts training.
• Assist in invoice collection.
• Handle issues professionally.

Required Skills:

• Proven sales track record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of automotive management experience.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
