Location: Remote (in US)

Responsibilities: 

• Build a foundational list of end user customer intents, mapping to audience segments and products.
• Identify new content opportunities and unmet needs, leveraging your industry knowledge, cultural trends, customer research, available reports and customer signals.
• Conduct ongoing industry research on social media for individual categories to inform recommendations.
• Create alignment of content strategy with Jobs To Be Done framework from product teams.
• Recommend intent coverage to inform template planning, partnering with Content & Design.

Must-Haves: 

• Large content portfolio experience
• Experience in real world use cases
• Experience in market research
