Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server/Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders promptly
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area at all times
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Upsell menu items and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions
- Previous experience in bartending, preferably in a restaurant or banquet setting
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in using a cash register for accurate transactions
- Solid understanding of drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional experiences for guests
- Knowledge of food industry hygiene practices
