Our small, agile, diverse entrepreneurial group is looking for a Digital Marketing Account Coordinator to join the team and help us with our growing list of clients in healthcare. To be successful, you’ll need to use and hone your attention to detail to help bring our work to market - from start to finish. The drive to deliver excellent work and client service, centered on great relationships, is at the core of Ascender's business.

What you'll do as the Digital Marketing Account Coordinator:

Proof copy - Compare manuscripts to designs and developed assets (emails, web sites, banners, etc.) and ensure all copy, references, and formatting are correct

Client requests - Translate and organize client requests into actionable tasks

Project coordination and tracking tasks - Entering time into time tracking system, setting up meetings, taking notes, sending summaries

Quality assurance and testing - Using various tools, comparing multiple versions of a design or developed asset and marking up issues and working through the lifecycle of QA, fixes, and confirmation of fixes

Veeva PromoMats - manage brand Veeva submissions

Meet with Clients and Teams – Monthly, bi-weekly, weekly, sometimes daily meetings are a part of your day-to-day and you will need to schedule and participate

Represent Ascender – you’ll serve as an ambassador for the company and nurture relationships with clients and vendors which ultimately help further grow the company.

Experience you’ll bring to the table

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred (marketing, comms, psych, soc) or relevant experience
• One or more years working in a similar role, preferably at digital-centric company
• More than just basic experience and knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with project management platforms (i.e. SmartSheet, ActiveCollab, etc.)
• Experience with MLR process and Veeva submissions, preferred
