Job Description

Job Description

We're currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Construction Management team. In this role, you'll oversee all construction activities and manage projects at one or more job sites. You'll strategize, organize, and supervise resources for approved construction projects. Additionally, you'll provide leadership to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Acting as the company's representative, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Design/Build process for food distribution and food processing facilities.
  • Prepare subcontractor RFPs and scope of work.
  • Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor pricing.
  • Negotiate subcontracts and secure governmental approvals for projects.
  • Coordinate design details with clients, design teams, and external consultants.
  • Establish and oversee project schedules.
  • Supervise field staff and manage project costs.
  • Train and mentor field personnel and assistant project managers.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably hold a Construction Management Degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Construction Project Manager role.
  • Proficient in relevant systems, including Procore, AutoCAD, and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Dependable, organized, detail-oriented, comfortable multitasking, and possess strong follow-up skills.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with team members in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
