Warehouse Associate Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)

Unloading trucks, containers, or delivery vehicles and verifying the accuracy of incoming shipments against packing lists, purchase orders, or invoices, ensuring all received goods are accounted for and in good condition.

Fulfilling customer orders by accurately picking items from designated storage locations within the warehouse, packaging them securely for shipment, and preparing shipping labels and documentation as required.

Coordinating outbound shipments with carriers or transportation providers, scheduling pickups or deliveries, and ensuring timely and accurate loading of goods onto outgoing vehicles, following shipping instructions and compliance regulations.

Checking received goods into the warehouse management system (WMS) or inventory database, labeling items with relevant information such as part numbers, quantities, and storage locations, and organizing inventory for efficient storage and retrieval.

Maintaining accurate records of shipping and receiving activities, including receipts, packing slips, bills of lading, and shipment tracking information, and updating inventory and shipment status in the WMS or other tracking systems

Warehouse Associate Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

Warehouse experience preferred

Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Good physical condition, stamina, and dexterity

Able to work in the US.
