AR/AP Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do):

• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors and customers

• Communicate via email or phone with clients to arrange payments or update records

• Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets

• Manage AR & AP using accounting software and other programs

• Ensure bills are paid in a timely manner

• Process orders into invoices and enter orders into Quickbooks

• Reconcile bank statements and credit cards

• Prepare and file sales tax returns

• Oversee clerical tasks and track office and warehouse supplies, order new materials as needed

• Maintain filing system

• Arrange Trucking Bill of Ladings for pallet shipping

• Maintain monthly product serial number tracking

AR/AP Shift Info

• Day Shift - 8:00AM - 5:00PM

• Monday - Friday

AR/AP Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

• Time management and attention to detail

• Integrity to keep financial documents used appropriately and confidentially

• Job flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in, multi-tasking

• Interpersonal communication and customer service experience

• Experience in accounting or related field

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Quickbooks experience preferred

• Ability to grow and learn the business
