Maintenance / Grounds Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)

This is an entry level position responsible for the preparation of vacant units for rent.

Duties include standard interior and exterior minor maintenance, grounds keeping, routine semi-skilled maintenance and custodial work to prepare vacant units for rent.

Scrubbing walls

Cleaning out trash

Cleaning the grounds

Working outdoors

Snow and ice removal

Other assigned tasks and duties

Day Shift; 08 : 00AM to 04 : 30PM

Monday-Friday

Maintenance / Grounds Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

Landscaping and maintenance experience

Experience using hand and power tools

Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors for long periods of time

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Able to work in the US.

One (1) year maintenance experience or in related field.

High school diploma or GED.

Valid Colorado driver license and an acceptable driving record.

A combination of appropriate education and experience may be substituted for the minimum educational and experience requirements.
